Hi friends. We are the council. We are speaking to your through the vessel of Nozipho. She prefers to be known as TAOINDIGO at this time. Good identifier for other light beings. Good choice. We would like to relay a message of hope. We are here to alleviate your fears. We are here to help you understand the duality of your being. This is very important now that we are assisting in the shift into multi dimentionalism. We need you to go through these "growing pains" as you say so that the lessons are imprinted into your DNA [to be transmuted through] the quantum energy of said DNA. This is very important for soul growth, not just personal "3D" as you say development. You will be pushed into fearsome change. You will experience resistance. This is good. This is very good, after all Earth is a learning place. If we do not welcome our growing pains the journey will be futile. It is also important not to shift too quickly. The vessel (TAOINDIGO) knows this very well. In doing this you miss the finer details of the lesson and misconstrue the message. Take heart. It is time to take it one step at a time. This is not to mock you or to feel as if you cannot handle the change, more an invitation to take care of oneself fully. Nurturing the lessons. Honouring the wounds.
